The 5th Annual Sweet Dough Pie Festival will take place Saturday, Oct. 22, in historic Grand Coteau. This event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the beautiful grounds of St. Charles Borromeo Church. Enjoy food from local restaurants, arts and crafts from more than 70 vendors, music and of course local, homemade sweet dough pies, a South Louisiana tradition! A large variety of pies will be available for purchase, including fig, custard, lemon and blackberry. Covered tables and chairs will be available for attendees to relax and enjoy these sweet treats while listening to live music by Sheryl Cormier, Vergie Iglus and Naomi Broussard.
