Bayou Teche Paddle Series - Breaux Bridge to St. Martinville

Starting in the Fall of 2016 Pack & Paddle is hosting segmented paddle trips along Bayou Teche once a month for 10 months until the entire distance is completed. Participants will see magnificent live oaks, beautiful cypress and diverse bird life and more! Each segment will culminate in a planned event giving paddlers time to socialize and exchange stories of their paddling adventure.
ABOUT THIS SEGMENT:
Pack & Paddle will host segment 5 of their Bayou Teche Paddle Series Saturday, Jan.28, from Breaux Bridge to St. Martinville. Participants will meet at Pack & Paddle at 9:15 a.m. and should expect to be on the water for about 6 hours for this level 3 trip (14.91 miles). Participants should bring water or Gatorade, snacks needed before brunch and weather-appropriate clothing. After the paddle participants will enjoy a delicious dinner at St. John Restaurant. Registration is $59 (includes tandem kayak or canoe, paddles, PFDs dinner and guides).
