Lake Martin

Pack & Paddle will host a meditation paddle through the beautiful Lake Martin cypress. The group will stop along the route for meditations and a special talk on biodiversity and Buddhism. A small part of the paddle will be silent and meant for contemplation time. Stacey will lead the paddle with her friend, Tsering, and will serve homemade Masala tea and snacks while on the lake (there will not be a supper with this trip). All proceeds will be an offering to Tsering Phuntsok to support his travels and help with the education of his nieces and nephews in Nepal and India.
