Experience Opelousas' colorful Native American heritage at the 4th annual Southwest Louisiana Attakapas Opelousas Prairie Tribe Festival. Enjoy traditional dancing, drumming, arts & crafts, storytelling, food and special guest speakers. Learn traditional dance, jewelry making and basket weaving. Bring the entire family for fun and educational kids' activities including face painting, storytelling and a talking stick contest. This is a family friendly, alcohol-free event.
