The dance music of Richard Lebouef and 2Step is a mixture of swamp pop, zydeco, and Cajun numbers. Sometimes during a performance, they throw in a bit of country or rock. LeBouef's trademark is his joviality, and his style of playing the accordion could be described as exuberant squeezing. His band includes drummer Kevin Sonnier, bassist Jimmy Hebert, piano player Eric Adcock, and guitarist Tim Picard.
