Melinda Winans, the daughter-in-law of iconic Baton Rouge photographer Fonville Winans, along with cookbook author Cynthia Nobles, will speak on their collaboration that resulted in the publishing of "The Fonville Winans Cookbook: Recipes and Photographs from a Louisiana Artist". The biography features a collection of Fonville's photographs, many of which have never been published, along with over 100 of his original recipes.
