Celebrate America's birthday with a special paddle trip down the historic Bayou Teche with a few dozen friends, led by guide Bryan Lafaye. This trip is perfect for kids and families!
The group will meet at Pack & Paddle, then shuttle to the boat launch in Arnaudville. You'll float the section from Poche Bridge down to Breaux Bridge (1.5-2 hour paddle). This allows a leisurely pace to enjoy the farms, houses and fields as you drift by.
Upon arrival in Breaux Bridge, you'll join in with the 4th of July celebration that will include live music and a fireworks display.
Solo Kayak - $50
Two Person Kayak - $50 per person
Bring your own Kayak - $45 per person
* Price Includes: Canoes, kayaks, paddles, life jackets, guide and an evening picnic on the banks of the Teche.
* Required Items- Bring water and/or gatorade and snacks for your time on the water, weather-appropriate clothing, and rain gear.
* Minimum Age - 12 years old. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent that is also signed up for the trip
* Level 1 trip - Our easiest level of paddle trip. 1.5 - 3 hours of paddling time. Suitable for beginners and for families.
