Discovery Day: Voices of MLK Program

Join Capitol Park Museum January 21st, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for Discovery Day: Voices of MLK. Come learn about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., as well as the history of the Baton Rouge Civil Rights History. Take a trip down memory lane, with the McKinley High School Alumni Association who will provide a short history of McKinley High School. Come check out the short film "Our Friend Martin" all while engaging in cool activities around Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Bring your friends and family and enjoy your local museum at the discounted rate of $5 per person; admission is free for members and children under six years old.
