08.13.25	Delcambre Shrimp Festival Held on the third weekend of August (Wed-Sun), the Delcambre Shrimp Festival honors the shrimping industry with events including a shrimp cook-off, queens’ pageants, fais-do-do’s, carnival rides, boat parade, food court and much more.

Saturdays	Lafayette Farmers & Artisans Market The Market serves as the premier venue for seasonal, farm-based products, and artisanal creations, offered by local producers, artists and vendors in a celebratory atmosphere of community, enrichment and entrepreneurism, created through the mutual support of its members and patrons. Every Saturday, 8 am - 12 pm!
Saturdays	Cajun Jam Session Vermilionville's weekly Cajun Jam is led by some of the area’s finest musicians. The free jam is held in the Performance Center of Vermilionville and is open to all skill levels - beginner to professional. Admission is FREE for the jam only and does not include entry to the park. Every Saturday, 1 pm - 3 pm!
Saturdays	Teche Area Farmers Market Fresh locally grown produce, arts & crafts, jams & jellies, preserves, baked goods, yard art and much more. Every Saturday, 7 am - 11 am!
